Norman Utley
My passion is helping people with residential financing to help them purchase or refinance property. I started working within the mortgage/real estate industry after leaving the US Navy in 1995. I am part of ROTARY, Elks and Chamber of Commerce. I spend my free time supporting our local community. My wife and I married in 1996. We have two sons, two daughter-in-laws, and 3 grandchildren.

Lori Utley
My career in mortgage banking spans back to the early 90’s. Over the years, I obtained designations such as FHA Direct Endorsed Underwriter as well as a VA Underwriter. Assisting thousands of home owners obtain financing over the last three decades has given me the seasoning and confidence to become today’s premier mortgage loan officer.
Over the last 30+ years in the business, I have successfully closed purchase transactions on time and often early.
